Finally diving in

Forgive me, I'm exactly computer savvy so I hope I'm doing this right. I'll work out the kinks as I post so the first few might be a little rough around the edges.

So I've been saying forever that I need to change the way my family eats.
I am a stay at home mom of 4 beautiful, healthy children but the amount of crap the seem to ingest scares me enough to finally decide to do something about it. I love to cook and if I do say so myself I'm pretty good at it. Of course when you days are filled with school pick-ups, church, soccer practice, laundry and chasing after a 2yr old I don't seem to be able to whip up a home cooked meal as often as I should.

So here I am, I figure if I put it out there for people to read I'll actually do it. So tomorrow I start with the pantry, I'll donate anything I feel we don't need to be eating since I'm sure someone out here can use it and then I'll start stocking with healthier more natural items that aren't loaded down with processed ingredients.
